Dr. Jesse Arbon
Dr. Jess Arbon is a Board Certified Orthodontist. He attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry and graduated with highest distinction and honors in 2007. He continued his specialty training at UNC studying three additional years and obtaining a Master of Science degree along with completing his orthodontic residency in 2010. He continues to contribute academically lecturing to university orthodontic programs across the country. Dr. Jed Arbon
Dr. Jed Arbon is a Board Certified Orthodontist. He is originally from Utah and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science & Health from the University of Utah. He ventured east to attend the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery and developed a love for Orthodontics and the Tar Heels. He continued his specialty training at the University of Iowa, obtaining his Master of Science degree and certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Brett Alvey
Dr. Brett Alvey is a Board Certified Orthodontist. He attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry and graduated with honors. He continued his specialty training at the University of Washington in Seattle where he completed his residency and obtained his Master of Science in Dentistry. Dr. Greice Oliveira
Dr. Greice Oliveira is originally from Brazil, where she received her DDS degree in 2004 before moving to the US. She arrived in North Carolina in 2006 and completed a Master of Science and Certificate in Operative Dentistry at the University of North Carolina, naturally turning into a Tar Heel. Go Heels! Dr. Greice joined academia in 2010 as faculty member at the University of Louisville, Kentucky, where she taught Operative Dentistry for many years. During that time, she developed a passion for Orthodontics and decided to pursue her dream of becoming an orthodontist. In 2019, she completed a Master of Science and Certificate of Orthodontics from the University of North Carolina Orthodontics Department, and later obtained a US dental degree and license. Dr. Beatrice Williams
Dr. Beatrice Williams is an accomplished “Triple Tarheel” hailing from Northern Virginia. During her 11-years at The University of North Carolina, Dr. Beatrice received her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science degree with honors and distinction. In her four years at the Adam’s School of Dentistry, Dr. Williams earned numerous research awards for her studies investigating the effect of oral health on overall health of individuals living with HIV. She later went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with distinction where she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (the National Dental Honor Society) and became the first African American woman to earn a 4.0 GPA in the school’s 71-year history.Concluding her educational journey at Carolina, Dr. Williams earned her specialty certification in Orthodontics and Master of Science in Orthodontics for her research on families’ experiences with tooth autotransplantation. Outside of practicing orthodontics, Dr. Williams strives to meaningfully contribute to the orthodontic profession through her active roles in organized dentistry as well as continued work with tooth autotransplantation. These acts of service will always remain at the crux of how she leads. Dr. Beatrice has carried this promise throughout her community service endeavors on both the local and international levels; most recently, as she helped facilitate community health fairs in her native country, Ghana.
When she’s not in the office, you can find this former classically trained vocalist having throwback jam sessions with her youngest sister. She is a devout foodie and is actively on the hunt for Carolina’s best sushi spot. Dr. Williams is also a devoted dog mom to her chocolate labradoodle named Faith whom she loves to take on runs and nature walks! Dr. Beatrice is the go-to party planner within her circle of friends and is known for her fun ‘B’ themed soirées. And above all she enjoys taking time to plan catch up sessions with her loved ones who live across time zones.
Throughout her decade-long tenure in the Triangle, Dr. Williams has carved out a great sense of community here and is thrilled to continue her journey with Carolina Orthodontics and Children’s Dentistry.
